Odius Florestal Obituary
He was born to parents Durand Florestal and Charlemise Pierre Louie on September 11, 1954, in Gonaives, Haiti. He came to the United States in 1980 and worked hard to support his family and friends until retirement. On May 31, 2021, a tragedy happened in the family as Odius youngest son, Smith Florestal, passed.
He married Renise, the love of his life, who survives him. Odius is also survived by sons, Claudius, Roodley, Djeffly, Djemsly Florestal as well as a host of grandchildren.
Odius was predeceased by his parents, Durand Florestal and Charlemise Pierre Louie, and his youngest son, Smith Florestal.
Our dad will be dearly missed by family and friends. His family was his pride and joy, and his greatest role in his life was being a pawpaw to his kids. He showed unconditional love to his family, and he was always a person you could count on. He didn't hesitate to help anyone in need.
The family wishes to extend sincere thanks to Amantha Simon and her Family, and Lefils Florestal and many more for the care they showed to our dad.
