Official Obituary ofJordan Rae Johnson

In loving memory, we announce the sudden, unexpected passing of our beloved, beautiful Jordan Rae (Ligon) Johnson, 28, of Virginia Beach, VA on Thursday, February 15, 2024. Jordan was a ray of sunshine to all who knew her and will be greatly missed.
Jordan was born on June 29, 1995 in Virginia Beach, VA to Michael Dennis Ligon and Tammy Dennington Wike. Jordan graduated from Liberty University with a degree in fashion merchandising and went on to create her own clothing line, 629 Apparel. Jordan married the love of her life on November 26, 2022 and became a mother just 5 days before her passing on February 10, 2024 to a beautiful son. Her greatest wish was to be a mother, which she proudly accomplished before she passed.
Jordan was preceded in death by her grandparents Brad and Jemelle Ligon and Keith Dennington.
Jordan is survived by her husband, Noah; her son, Toby Michael; her mother, Tammy (Fred) Wike; her father, Dennis (Sue) Ligon; her brother, Josh Ligon; her step-sisters: Jordyn (Dan) Trapp, Jacquelyn (Eli) Harper, and Eden (Dallas) Blue; her step-brother, Aaron Wike; her grandmother, Linda (Randy) Arnold; her step-grandmother, Ana Lu Dennington; her great-grandmother, Barbara Parrish; and an extended circle of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, 3445 Princess Anne Road, Virginia Beach, on Tuesday February 20th, 2024 from 7:00 - 9:00 pm for visitation and on Wednesday, February 21 2024 at 2:00 pm for a memorial service.
