Ok Merrill Obituary
Ok Sun Merrill, 75, passed away Thursday, 10 October 2023.
She was born 24 March, 1948 in Chongyang, South Korea. She married Kevin Ray Crowe on 11 March 1981, and shortly after she gave birth to her only child. They were later divorced. She married Douglas Miller Merrill on 1 April 2003.
Ok Sun spend her life in the service of others. She was known for her giving spirit, generous nature. It was common for her to share her Korean culinary dishes with friends and family. She truly loved her time with her family, friends, and her faith. She will be buried with her late husband Douglas at the Utah Veterans Cemetery.
Surviving are her son Shawn Crowe and her daughter-in-law Danielle Larsen Crowe.
Funeral services will be held Monday October 23, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Rd., Layton, Utah. Friends may visit with family Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary prior to the service.
Interment, Lindquist’s Memorial Park at Layton.
