Olga Matsos

On May 2, 2025, Olga Matsos (nee Markulis), dear wife of the late Vasilios Matsos; devoted mother of Emmanuel Matsos and his wife Despina and Athena Sidou and her late husband Evangelos; loving grandmother of Vasilios Matsos and his wife Shena, Michael Matsos and his wife Julianna, Dimitrios Sidou, and Vasilios Sidou; cherished great grandmother of Alexios and Zinovia Matsos; beloved sister of Mary Dardamanis; also survived by extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her siblings Panagiota Jaskiewicz, Zinovia Prevas, Thomas Markulis, Amalia Tomczewski, and Basil Markulis.
Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Rd. (beltway exit 26), on Wednesday, May 7th, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, where a Triasagion Service will be held at 7:30 PM. Mrs. Matsos will lie-in-state at the Chapel of The Holy Resurrection at the Greek Orthodox Cemetery, 5917 Windsor Mill Road, Baltimore, MD 21207, on Thursday, May 8th, from 10:30 to 11:00 AM. A Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 AM. Interment Greek Orthodox Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation Philoptochos, 24 West Preston Street, Baltimore, MD 21201
