Olivia Cahill Obituary
Olivia Grace Cahill, 2 of Needmore, Pennsylvania passed away suddenly on February 15, 2026, at her home from injuries sustained from a house fire.
Born September 2, 2023, in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania she was the daughter of Thomas “Tommy” Lee Cahill and Katherin Dee Berkstresser both who perished along with Olivia in the fire.
Olivia was full of joy and happiness, with a laugh that could fill the world. She was the best part of both her parents. She loved bubbles and spending time with her family.
Olivia was loved beyond measure and will be sorely missed by her grandmother Andrea Cahill; her siblings John Jarrett, Emmellia Reed, Trinity Cahill, Ari Cahill; uncles Derek, Shawn, & Ryan Cahill; great-uncle Terry Cahill; great-grandmother Mary Cahill and her cousins Hannah Cahill, Zakk Cahill, Carmen Cahill, and Elizabeth Cahill. Olivia will also be fondly remembered by her extended family Justin Reed, Jessica Truax, Jeremy & Chelsee Gallup.
Friends may call at the Clayton Memorial Church of God: 6701 Charlestown Rd. Mercersburg, PA on SATURDAY February 28, 2026 from 11 AM to 12 PM with a celebration of life beginning promptly at 12. Interment will follow in Hartman Memorial Cemetery Hustontown, PA with Pastor Rachel Elkins officiating. Olivia’s care has been entrusted to Black’s Funeral Home of Sabillasville, online condolences at blacksfuneralhomes.com
