She is preceded in death by her loving mother Arcadia Jenny Ornelas and father Ben Richard Ornelas.
Olivia was born and raised in Santa Barbara, CA and moved to Blaine, WA in 2006 with her sisters Carolita and Julie. She studied at Santa Barbara High School (1979 Graduate) and Santa Barbara business college. She sang in the Madrigal Choir, she loved singing (even offkey on long roadtrips). She was known to all as a vibrant, caring, giving and charismatic person. Her sense of humor was infectious, she always wanted to see people happy. The eldest of 3 sisters, she had a heart of gold just like her mom. She was an avid reader and loved baking shows. She loved all animals and particularly her cat Buddy who adopted Olivia.
