Olivia Silvia Rodriguez, 54, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2025, after a courageous 10-year battle with cancer. Born on March 3, 1971, in Tucson, she remained deeply rooted in the community she loved.
Olivia was a vibrant spirit known for her laughter, her love of music and parties, and her unwavering positivity-even in the face of adversity. She brought joy wherever she went, making friends easily and lifting others with her humor and kind heart. Whether she was dancing, cracking jokes, or hanging out with family and friends, Olivia lit up every room she entered.
A devoted mother and grandmother, Olivia raised her children with strength and love, often surrounded by her grandchildren in a home full of laughter and warmth. She worked hard all her life, including at Long John Silver s, Lisa Frank, and most notably at Ventana Medical Systems, where she dedicated over 15years.
She is survived by her mother Teresa Garcia, her husband Juan Flores, her children Raul Rodriguez Jr., Dolores Rodriguez, Lizett Caraveo, and Angel Flores, and her 11 beloved grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Danny, Rosenda, and Cecilia. Olivia was preceded in death by her father David Garcia and her brother Miguel. Olivia s strength, laughter, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her family invites all who knew and loved her to join in honoring her remarkable life.
