Ophelia Lambert, age 74, of Glenwood, passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2025.
She was born in Sims on April 5, 1951. She was the daughter of Therman Vines and Allie Whisenhunt Vines. She is preceded in death by her parents; her three brothers; her sister; and her son, John Harvey.
Ophelia married the love of her life, Bill, on August 16, 1985. She was a member of Bonnerdale Seventh Day Adventist Church. Ophelia loved watching hummingbirds and gardening. Most of all she loved living life and loved people. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Lambert; her son, Benjamin Neil Lambert; and many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of wonderful friends.
The family will be holding services on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Bonnerdale Seventh Day Adventist Church with Bro. Reggie Phillips officiating.
