Spencer, Orville Gene, 58, of California, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on July 24, 2025 surround by his family. Orville graduated with honors from Dixie Heights High School and joined the United States Navy at age 18, where he served his country with pride. He cherished time spent boating and enjoying the lake, and above all, loved spending precious moments with his grandchildren and family. Orville is survived by his beloved Wife, Kelly Spencer; His Parents, Gene and Betty, Spencer; His Daughter, Stephanie Sabie (David); His Stepdaughters, Amanda, Ashley, Alexandria, Abner; His Sister, Tammy Spencer Brown (Jon); His Brother, Josh Spencer (Teresa); and His Sister, Christina Tuck (Kyle). He was a devoted Grandfather to Kannon, Tre', Rymidi, Jayden, Addy, Emmy Jean, and Ezra. Visitation will be held on July 30, 2025 from 10:00AM to 12:00 PM at Allison & Rose Funeral Home, 5645 Taylor Mill Rd. Taylor Mill, Kentucky 41015. Funeral Service will begin at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow at 2:00PM, at the Veterans North Cemetery, Williamstown, Kentucky, will full Military Honors. In lieu of Flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Orville, please visit our Tree Store.
