Oscar Logan Deal

Oscar Logan Deal, age 70, of Warrenville, South Carolina, entered into rest on December 23, 2025.

Logan was born on November 7, 1955, in Augusta, Georgia, to the late Josh Russell Deal and the late Peggy Preston Deal. He loved the Lord and faithfully shared his faith with others, spending much of his time reading his Bible. Known for his warm spirit, Logan was also an avid jokester who brought laughter to those around him.

He was employed with the Aiken County School System and also worked at Hadden Furniture in Langley, South Carolina.

In addition to his parents, Logan was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Linda Brown Deal.

He is survived by his son, Jonathan Deal (Ester); his granddaughter, Kara Logan Deal; his sisters, June Beck and Helen Kelly; his aunt, Patsy Randall; four cousins, Melissa Randall, Todd Lainer, James Randall, and Debra Miller; nieces, Ronda Beck and Emily Dale Cole; nephew, John Beck; and many great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nephews. He is also survived by his lifetime friend and "adopted sister," Rita Stone.

Logan will be remembered for his strong faith, kind heart, and joyful sense of humor. His legacy of love and laughter will live on in all who knew him.
