Oscar James Nedd was born on April 19, 1951. Macon county Ga to the parentage of Jessie Ned and Rosa Mae Nedd.
Oscar was a graduate of the historic D.F. Douglas High School Montezuma Ga.
He is peceded in death by his mother Rosa Mae Ned, his father Jessie Ned; two brothers Leroy Ned and Johnny Ned.
He leaves to cherish four sisters: Sipp Orlando, FL, Willie Lou Leary Marshallville, GA, Enda Ned and Iris Ned Rumph Perry, GA; a host of nieces nephews and friends.
