Yet, Otto's universe revolved not around his accolades or achievements but around the joyous laughter and boundless dreams of his beloved family. He is survived by his wife, Emi Liang, his two sons, Alvin and Justin, his parents, Bingcheng and Mayumi Liang, and his brother, Philip. His friendship with Kenneth Tse was as profound as brotherhood itself, a bond forged in mutual respect and enduring loyalty.
Otto's love for his children was the cornerstone of his existence.
