In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Norman "N.C." Brinke who died August 15, 1995; a son, Michael Charles Brinke; one sister, Betty Daley Corso; and a grandson, Michael Brandon Brinke.
Surviving is one son; Jerry Brinke and wife Karen of Murphy, NC: five grandchildren, Erik, Ian, and Jeremiah Brinke, and Terri and Norman Brinke; and a number of great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held and announced at a later date. Interment will be in Hanging Dog Baptist Church Cemetery.
