Pam Sisk, 66, of Bostic, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 28, 2025 at her home.
Pam was the daughter of the late Willie and Martha Stacey Blanton. She was a 1976 graduate of East Rutherford High School.
Pam was a devoted Christian who always put her family and others first. No matter where she went, people found peace and comfort in her presence. She was truly an angel on earth and never left a stomach empty or a need unmet. Those acts were quiet and unpretentious but mighty and wide-felt. She will be greatly missed, but the memories she created for those she loved will continue on.
"Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die." -John 11:25
She is survived by her husband and best friend, Gene Sisk; her mother-in-law Melba Sisk of Bostic; her children, Jeremy Sisk and his wife Ashley of Wake Forest; Amy Sisk Wilkie and her husband Eric, and John Sisk and his wife Savannah, all of Bostic; her brother, Michael Blanton and his wife Teresa, of Bostic; her brother-in-law Vance Sisk and his wife Karen, of Bostic; her pride and joy, her grandchildren, Alyssa, Carter, Felicity, JT, Harper, Lola, and Willow; and many nieces and nephews.
The Funeral will be conducted at 11:00 am Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at Sunshine Church. The Rev. Teresa Blanton and Rev. Sam Burleson will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers are Jeremy Sisk, John Sisk, Eric Wilkie, Carter Wilkie, Sheldon Sisk, Andy Edwards, and Jon Smith.
The Visitation will be from 5 pm until 8 pm Monday at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral Home.
