Pamala “Pam” Williams, 69, of Elkhart unexpectedly passed at her home on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. She was born in Elkhart on April 17, 1956, to Raymond and Nanjean (Denman) McClane, and married Aaron Williams in May of 1976.
Choosing not to have children of her own, Pam poured her heart into being a devoted, doting, and deeply loving aunt. Her nieces and nephews were her babies, and she loved each of them fiercely.
A proud graduate of Elkhart Memorial High School, Class of 1974, Pam later continued her education at Brown Mackie College, graduating in 2011, while working in the RV Industry for many years as well.
Pam was kind, loving, and accepting of all. She had a gift for seeing the best in people and welcoming others just as they were, and will be remembered for her infectious laugh. An avid reader with an impressive home library, she also enjoyed NASCAR, cheering on the Chicago Bears, and rooting for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Most of all, she treasured time spent with her family and loved her dogs as if they were her own children.
She is survived by her father, Ray McClane; her siblings, Dennis McClane and Charla Morris, all of Ocala, FL; Cindy (Carl) Cates of Douglas, GA; and Kim Baker of Belleview, FL; along with many beloved nieces and nephews and their extended families who will carry her love forward.
Pam was preceded in death by her mother, Nanjean; husband, Aaron; stepmother, Irene; and her siblings, Karen and Michael McClane.
Cremation has taken place with no formal services scheduled at this time. To light a virtual candle, share a story of Pam’s life, or extend a message of comfort to her family, please visit the Guestbook.
