A memorial service for Pamela Jean Morgan will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at East Leesville Baptist Church. A visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service. Pam was born July 18, 1956, at Camp Polk, Louisiana and passed away June 28, 2025, in Alexandria, Louisiana at the age of 68. She worked for many years as a nurse, and gave nurturing care to her patients, but her true passion was being a barber. Many soldiers will remember sitting in her chair getting their hair cut. Her friendly nature made her easy to talk to, and she was a very social person who made friends easily. Some of her hobbies were playing poker or Bingo and going to the pool. She loved red, white, and blue so she enjoyed the Fourth of July holiday, but Christmas was her favorite holiday. Pam valued her relationship with Jesus Christ and often read her Bible. The job she cherished the most was being a mother and grandmother. Her favorite title was Nana and spoiling her grandchildren was her main hobby. Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph "Buddy" Morgan and Dorothy Jeanette Pulley Morgan; brothers, Dennis Morgan and Jerry Morgan; aunt, Barb Pulley; cousin, Jerry Foss; and many extended family members and close friends. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Danielle Jeanette Bourget (Doug Roberts) of Rosepine, LA, Samantha Jean Bourget of Leesville, LA, and Andrew Glenn Bourget (Vicky) of Rosepine, LA; grandchildren, Ian Barnes, Madelyn Bourget, Briana Bornholdt, Landon Bornholdt, Brent Bourget, Morgan Bourget, Brooke Bornholdt, Jaxxon Bourget, Logan Bornholdt, and Harley Bourget; brother, William Scott Morgan of Hale MI; uncle, Ewing Ray Pulley of Lavonia, MI; nieces, Erica Morgan and Rachel Morgan of Houghton Lake, MI and a host of extended family members and friends.
