(nee Bogash)   Age 63 of Crest Hill, Illinois passed unexpectedly on November 29, 2023.   Born in Sacramento, CA, Pam was the daughter of the late Don Bogash and late Benette Head. She graduated with the Coal City class of 1978.   An immensely talented quilter and seamstress, she enjoyed stitching together patterns and sharing her love of the craft, frequently gifting her creations to family and friends. A member of the Pieces From The Heart Quilt Guild, Pam's work was recognized with awards and admiration. She was always on the hunt for a new approach or fabric to bring her creations to life. Her stitches spanned seasons, captured color, and formed a variety of shapes. She loved sharing her love of quilting, teaching friends and family alike and serving as a go-to resource for any question, or, as the trusted talent who could complete a project where others had gotten stuck.   A lover of travel, she enjoyed the sights and tastes of the world whether venturing by plane, cruise ship, or wherever her kids and grandkids would have her walk, whether that was Mexico City or Disney World. Pam would take inspiration from these trips to add to her recipe collection, always having meals on hand and looking for the next great dish.   As a registered nurse (RN), she provided comfort and support to communities in her lifetime. Whether in a hospital setting or providing home health, her capacity for care was great and welcomed by those she treated.   Survivors include three sons: Matthew (Maliha) Ronchetti of Los Angeles, CA; Nathan (Paige) Ronchetti of Naperville, IL; Jonathon Ronchetti of Westmont, IL; three grandchildren: Miller; Marshall; Juniper; sister Dawn Bogash; sister-in-law Linda (the late Richard) Burns; mother-in-law, Jeanne Ronchetti; brother, David (Debbie) Bogash, and nephews and nieces: Craig (Tonia) Burns, Jeffrey (Stacey) Burns, Seth Bogash (Nicole) and Lynnsey Bogash (Ryan Naples).   She is preceded in death by her husband John Ronchetti and together they shared forty-one beautiful years.   The family will receive friends for a visitation at Reeves Funeral Home, 75 N. Broadway (one block north of Illinois Route 113) in Coal City on Saturday, December 2, 2023 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow Saturday afternoon at 1:00p.m., and burial will follow in Ward Cemetery in Mazon, Illinois.   Those wishing to participate in the services virtually are welcome to join the live stream on Saturday morning beginning at 1:00 p.m. A link for the event is available on Pam's memorial page.   Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Pam’s memory to the Pieces From The Heart Quilt Guild.   Family and friends are encouraged to sign the guestbook, upload photographs and share Pam's memorial page online through social media by logging onto: www.ReevesFuneral.com/obituary/Pamela-Ronchetti   Funeral services and arrangements have been made under the direction and care of Reeves Funeral Homes, Ltd. in Coal City.
