Pamela Edna Smolins

Pamela Edna Smolins, 87, of Ocean Pines, Maryland, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2025.
Born in Washington, D.C., Pamela lived a full and loving life centered around her family and the many friends she cherished.
She is survived by her husband, Stuart Smolins, and her children:Andrew Raab and wife Alexia, Scott Raab and wife Karen, and Leslie Brown. She is also survived by her two sisters, Penelope Kidwell and Portia Lyall and her husband, Doug.
Pamela was the proud grandmother of: Olivia Raab, Adeline Raab, Asher Raab, Raine Raab, Madison Stockton, Molly Raab, Rylie Raab, Chrystal Brown, and David Brown.
She was also blessed with great-grandchildren: Darien Harris, Dominique Harris, Harper Holmes-Brown, Tucker Holmes-Brown, Liam Brandt, and Louis Shickman,and a great-great-grandchild, Dariyana Harris.
Pamela will be remembered for her warmth and kindness. She cherished family gatherings, celebrating milestones, and spending time surrounded by those she loved most. Pamela had a passion for gardening and possessed a gift for creating beautiful stained glass windows that reflected her creativity and eye for beauty.
A private family service will be held at a later date to honor her life. In lieu of flowers, the family invites friends and loved ones to share memories and celebrate Pamela's legacy in their own special way.
