Pamela Ann Monaco- Trompeter, 77, of Panama City went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 16, 2025.

She was born the daughter of Dr. Ralph and Virginia Isabel Smith- Monaco on February 15, 1948 in Washington, D.C. She was Baptized at St. John Catholic Church on March 7, 1948.

Pam attended Gulf Coast Junior College where received her Associate of Arts degree. She attended the Academy of Sacred Heart from 1961 until 1965. She graduated from the University of West Florida with a Masters Degree in Psychology as well as Florida State University where she earned her Masters Degree in Social Work. She was a member of Phi Kappa Phi at UWF, and the Garnet Key Honor Society. Pam was a licensed Clinical Social Worker. She attended Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Deane Trompeter, and her cousin, Barry Seldon of Dallas, Texas.

She is survived by her daughter, Morgan Horn, granddaughter, Kayla Cochran, great-grandson, Hunter Cochran. She is also survived by her cousins, Lou Seldon ,and Debbie Stefanik, both of Dallas, Texas.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church 1003 North East 11th Street Florida with Father Anthony Nguyen officiating.

She will be laid to rest at Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may Be made to the American Cancer Society.
