Pamela is survived by her daughter, Nadene (Scott) Yellow Wolf; grandchildren, Tyrone Yellow Wolf & Scarlett Brown Bull; siblings, Joann & Gracee Rooks, Bonnie Groaning Bear, Lynell Janis, Howard (Misty) Rooks, and Amos (Juanita) Rooks; aunts, Viola & Dorothy Broken Leg, Pearline, Geroldine, & Eunice Yellow Wolf; cousins, MaryAnn & Gaylord Broken Leg, and Cordelia Old Horse; and uncle, Leonard Yellow Wolf.
Pamela was preceded in death by her mother, Bertha Broken Leg; father, Delbert Yellow Wolf; stepfather, Lorenzo Rooks; grandparents, Charlie & Susie Broken Leg; brother, Joey Rooks; grandchildren, Tyrena & Scotty Brown Bull; aunt, Emma Turning Hawk; cousins, Donna Turning Hawk & Louella Yellow Wolf; grandson, Josiah Little Whiteman-Old Horse; nephews, Nathan Young Bull Bear, Delbert Yellow Wolf, Jonas Old Horse, Clint Lays Hard, and Marlin Turning Hawk; and niece, Janelle One Horn.
Pallbearers will be Scott Brown Bull, Phillip Poor Bear, Aloysius Little Whiteman, Howard Rooks, Amos Rooks, Jason Old Horse, Verlin Old Horse, and Sonny Old Horse.
Honorary pallbearers will be the All Friends & Relatives
Wake Services: One night wake service starting at 3:00 PM, Monday, November 10, 2025 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church Hall in Kyle, SD with vigil services starting at 7:00 PM.
Mass of Christian Burial: 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church Hall in Kyle, SD
