Pansy Hurst Obituary
Mrs. Pansy Hurst, age 76 of Augusta, Kentucky departed this life on Sunday, December 28, 2025 in the Robertson County Health Care Facility. She was the wife of Johnny Melvin Hurst and the daughter of Richard and Florence Bull born to them on June 26, 1949 in Pineville, Kentucky.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Florence Bull, two sons, Melvin Hurst and Mitchell Hurst and siblings, Pete, Laura, Tootsie, Hobert and Gertie.
Left behind to mourn her passing, her loving husband Johnny Melvin Hurst, her sons, Mark Anthony Hurst and wife Patty, James Michael “Mickey” Hurst and wife Sandra, Samuel Scott Hurst and wife Melissa and Timothy Dale Hurst and wife Kim, grandchildren, Jonathon, Tasha, Robbie, Brooke, Robert and Stephanie Hedger, Thomas, Colton, Courtney, Briana, Kalee and Cameron Toney, Kaleb and Ema and Preston, great-grandchildren Zoe, Emryn, Kylie, Jaiden, Taylor, Nathan, Carter, Erich and Hazel. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Mrs. Hurst will be conducted on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hampton-Hutton Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Glenn Hyden officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Golden’s Creek Cemetery. Hampton-Hutton Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday evening January 2, 2026 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m.
