Pasquale "Pat" Ruscio, a 31 year resident of Weymouth, born in Calabria, Italy, died on September 16, 2024 at the age of 73.
Pat enjoyed gardening. Hot peppers were his specialty. He was an avid fan of the Red Sox, Patriots and Bruins. Most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was the beloved husband of 52 years to Catherine Ruscio. Loving father of Antoinetta Ruscio and James Gross of Weymouth, Steven Ruscio and Laura of Walpole, and Nancy Ruscio-Bell and Sean of Kingston. Brother of Maria Ruscio of Italy. Proud "Nonno" of Jackson Bell, Giavanna Ruscio, Camilla Ruscio, and Pasquale James "PJ" Ruscio.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Wednesday 9/25/24 from 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:30 AM on Thursday 9/26/24 prior to the Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. Donations in memory of Pasquale may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284.
