Pat B. Morrow
Ellen Bailey “Granny Pat” Morrow, 89, widow of Duncan P. Morrow, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, August 16, 2025 at Upstate Community Hospice House.
Born July 22, 1936 in Spartanburg County, she was a daughter of the late Sam Bailey and Minnie Towery Bailey. She was retired from Reeves Brothers Mill in Chesnee, a member of Southside Baptist Church, and a honorary member of The Garden Church family.
Surviving is her daughter, Kathy Hicks and husband Harold of Chesnee; sister, Louise B. Henson of Chesnee. She was the proud “Granny Pat” to her grandson, Pete Hicks and wife Nikki of Boiling Springs; great-grandchildren Paige Hicks, Tanner Hicks and Avery Hicks.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a brother Clarence “Doc” Bailey.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 12:45 p.m. Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00. p.m. in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Rev. Mike Edens and Rev. Ralph Jett officiating. Burial will follow in Springhill Memorial Gardens.
The family wishes to thank all the nurses, doctors and staff at Upstate Community Hospice House of all their love and care for Granny Pat.
