Patrece “Pat” Sasser, 67 of Wilson passed away Saturday, July 5, 2025. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Marsh Swamp Originial Free Will Baptist Church, 6664 Rock Ridge School Road, Sims. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. Rev. Ray Wells will officiate.
The family will receive friends Wednesday evening July 9, 2025, from 6 – 8 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.
Pat is survived by her loving husband, Marty Sasser; son, Zachary David Sasser; her fur baby, Puddin and several aunts, uncles and cousins whom she dearly loved.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Doretha Parnell; infant daughter, Keri Elizabeth Sasser; grandparents, Willie and Ethel Reason, and Andrew and Lenora Parnell.
