With heavy hearts, we celebrate the life and memory of Patrez
Armunn George, a bright, loving, and unforgettable young man
whose smile could light up any room. Patrez was born December
1, 2006 to LaToya George Turner and Roosevelt Murray in
Mobile, Alabama. Although his time with us was far too short, he
filled every moment with laughter, love, and purpose.
Patrez had a deep passion for cooking and eating-especially when
it came to frying chicken, one of his favorite things to do. He loved
his family fiercely and would go out of his way to help anyone he
cared about.
Patrez attended John L. LeFlore High School, recently graduating
with the Class of 2025. He was proud of his accomplishments.
Always ambitious, he enjoyed his work in construction and was
excited about a new job opportunity on the boats in the coming
weeks.
Known for his sense of humor and big heart, Patrez was the life of
every party. He loved to laugh, joke, and keep everyone around
him smiling. Whether he was hanging with his car club, playing
video games, or just showing off his fresh style and newest pair of
Jordans, Patrez lived life with confidence and joy. And if you
couldn't find him-he was probably catching up on one of his
favorite pastimes: sleeping.
Patrez leaves to cherish his precious memories, his loving mother,
LaToya George Turner; father, Roosevelt Murray; stepfather,
Norris Turner; his brother, Patrick Deas; sister, Makenzie George;
stepbrothers: Tyice Turner and Demetriuos Turner; and stepsister,
Alaysha Turner. His memory will also live on through his nieces:
Myliyah Legacy George, Nivia Deas, Nylah Deas, and Mariah
Turner; and nephew, Nyzir Deas; his great-grandmother, Lizzie
Minter; step-grandparents, Carolyn Turner and Norris Turner Sr.;
along with a host of family members and friends who loved him
dearly.
Though his life ended too soon, Patrez's light will continue to
shine in the hearts of everyone who knew him. His laughter, love,
and energy will never be forgotten.
"Rest peacefully, Patrez
Your love and legacy will live on forever."
