Patricia Antkowiak, 84, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2025. She was born August 24, 1941 in Chicago, IL to the late Rena (Ogrodowicz) and Sigmund Lewandowski.
She was preceded in death by her brother George (Susan) and sister Susan Lewandowski.
She is survived by her husband Tom with whom she celebrated 59 years of marriage; sons Mike (Dalvane), Mark, and Greg; as well as daughter Mary Fran.
Pat was a dedicated, loving mother and wife. She enjoyed her flower gardens, cats, and her Cleveland sports teams, especially the Indians.
Her memory will remain in the hearts of her family and friends.
The family will receive friends 4-6pm on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N Lyman St, 44281. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am October 16, 2025, at Sacred Heart Church, 260 Broad St. 44281. Interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in memory of Pat, to either Sacred Heart Church or to St. Jude’s Hospital.
