Patricia Bazan Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Sunset Options Funerals & Cremations Inc. on Mar. 31, 2026.
Patricia "Patty" Bazan, age 70, passed away peacefully on March 26, 2026, after a life filled with love, humor, and deep devotion to the people she cared about. Born on July 30, 1955, Patty spent most of her life in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she created lifelong memories and friendships that shaped her world.

Patty worked for many years at Supreme Meats, where she was known for her strong work ethic, her quick wit, and her gift for storytelling. She was a proud Catholic whose kindness, loyalty, and generosity touched everyone around her.

In her later years, Patty resided at North Ridge Health Center in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, where she proudly held the title of badge police. Her family extends heartfelt gratitude to the caregivers who supported her with compassion and dignity.

Patty loved the simple joys that made life sweet: Bingo, slot machines, dogs, and time spent with family. She cherished traveling with her dad to Alaska, Las Vegas, Michigan and Florida, and she especially loved family trips up north to the Wisconsin Dells. She was a woman who stood her ground, told unforgettable stories, and would drop anything to help her nieces and nephews. Her presence made every gathering brighter.

Patty is preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Barbara Bazan; her brothers James Bazan (Nancy Wolf) and Gary Bazan (Pam Bazan); and her sister in law Terri Bazan. She is survived by her brothers Tom Bazan (Nanci), Mark Bazan, John Bazan (Dan Dougherty), and Layne Bazan (Kelly).

She was a beloved aunt to her nieces Jennifer, Darcy, Missy, Holly (Danny), Andrea, Amy (Chris), Nicole, and Kitty (Nikolai); and to her nephews Dan, Ryan (Murri), Ben (Natascha), Bryan (Jackie), Cameron, and Trevor (Lily). She was also blessed with many great nieces and great nephews who brought her endless joy.

Patty will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering loyalty will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

In accordance with Patty's wishes, the family will hold a private service and interment.
