Patricia A Bell

Patricia Ann Wesley, lovingly known as Patti, was born on February 21, 1963 in Neptune City, NJ to John and Gloria Wesley. She was raised in Neptune, NJ and graduated Neptune High in 1981. She was baptized and a member of Saint Elizabeth church in Avon, NJ which provided the foundation on which she continued to build her faith community at Sunshine Christian Church in Winter Garden, Fl later in her life.
Patti met Michael Bell and married on October 1, 1994. Together, they had twin boys, Michael and Matthew who provided a constant source of love, joy, and pride throughout her life. Patti and Mike celebrated their 25th anniversary with a renewal of vows in January 2020 on the Disney Dream. She was adored by her family, including her Aunt Bernadette Wagner, "Uncle" Don, brother-John Christopher "Chris" Wesley, sister-in-law - Mary Wesley, her niece-Brianna Wesley, nephew - Brandon Wesley and cousin MaryBeth Meyer. Included in "family" would be her dear friends: Jeanne, Joan and Nancy.
Patti, Mike, and their two sons lived in Howell, NJ where they opened their home to foster children and adults with special needs. Patti worked at Care on the Square (daycare) and she was employed by ARC for 25 years as a direct support professional in a group home for special needs adults. Patti truly lived by the adage that family isn't always defined by blood alone, but rather by those you choose to bring into your life. She continuously formed new connections with those around her through love and kindness, making those whose lives she touched feel at home.
Patti had a lifelong love of Disney, and loved spending time on cruises with the dream of being able to see the welcoming sign of Walt Disney World daily. When her boys' graduated high school in 2017, that dream came true when she moved to Florida with her husband and sons. She found fulfillment in her sons' successes working at Disney World and through her family and friends until she returned to our Heavenly Father on September 29, 2025; she will always remain loved and cherished. In lieu of flowers: Donations can be made in Patti's name to Sunshine Christian Church or tribute fund page in obituary.
