Poland - Patricia A. "Patti" Blisard, of Poland, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2024, at the age of 72, at Park Center Health and Rehabilitation Center.
On October 25, 1952 in Salem, Ohio, she was born to John and Shirley (Stouffer) Jenkins.
Patti was a proud graduate of Poland Seminary High School, class of 1971. Throughout her life, she showcased her remarkable talents as a seamstress, skillfully creating beautiful pieces both at home and at local shops. Her creativity and dedication were evident in every stitch, capturing her passion for crafting with care and precision.
On November 24, 1973, Patti married Gary, the love of her life, celebrating over 51 wonderful years together. Their bond was forged through shared dreams and devotion, and their home was filled with love and laughter, especially when they welcomed their cherished daughter, Holly. Over the years, their family grew even more precious with the arrival of two beloved grandchildren, Carly and Mark, Jr., who brought endless joy and smiles into Patti's life.
Patti had a zest for life that radiated through her many passions. She found great joy in sewing, knitting, and crafting, often spending sunny days outdoors, relishing the beauty of nature. Yet, it was her compassionate heart that truly defined her. Known as a true caregiver, Patti extended her nurturing spirit beyond her family, always ready to lend a helping hand to friends and neighbors alike. Her kindness knew no bounds, and those who were privileged to know her will fondly remember her warmth and generosity.
In addition to her husband Gary and daughter Holly (Mark) DeBernardo of Lordstown, Ohio, Patti is survived by her beloved grandchildren, Carly and Mark, Jr.; her sisters, Vicki (George) Kespelher, Linda (Danny) Silvestri, and Nancy (Mike) Brady; and sister-in-law, Barb Jenkins. Patti was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John Jenkins, Jr.
