She was born November 12, 1964 in Detroit, MI, daughter of the late John Henry Percell and Carol Janet Helbig Percell.
Ms. Blust retired as a Registered Nurse with the Department of Corrections in Salisbury. She was a free spirit and strong woman who spoke from her heart and loved everyone. She was always ready for fun and enjoyed fishing, hiking, and being a mom and grandmom. She enjoyed gardening and playing her music loud and was proud of her sons.
She is survived by her sons, Maxx, Dakota, and Hawke; 3 sisters, Frances Robinson, Rebecca Lamb, and Cidney Panning; 2 brothers, Joseph Percell and David Percell; and by a granddaughter, Annabelle Lundy.
A memorial service in celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 PM Sunday, April 6, 2025 in the Chapel of Tribute & Tallent Funerals & Cremations, 1937 N. Sharon Amity Road, Charlotte, NC 28205.

Hawke Annabelle I'm so sorry for your loss of a mother and grandmother. Pat was such a sweet lady. Loved seeing her around. Keep your head high..you have another angel watching over the both of you. Praying for you all
