Ms. Patricia Ann "Patsy" Brooks, age 82 of Harriman, passed away Friday, January 30, 2026, at University of Tennessee Medical Center. Patsy was a devoted member of Gallaher Road Baptist Church where she faithfully served by playing the piano. Her love for music was deeply rooted in her faith, and she found great joy playing, singing, and sharing her testimony about her Lord and Savior. Patsy's gentle spirit, unwavering faith and love for her family and church will be remembered by all who her.
The family finds comfort in knowing that patsy is now reunited with her loved ones and is joyfully at home with the Lord.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband: David Brooks.
Parents: Rev. Kenneth & Beulah Hicks.
Brothers: Charles Hicks and Jerry Hicks.
She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law: Brian & Sharon Brooks.
Daughter & son-in-law: Angie & Larry Williams.
Sister: Gail Mathers.
Four grandchildren: Dustin & wife Latisha McNew, Kristin McNew, Samuel Hansen, and Jacob & wife Virginia Hansen.
Five great grandchildren: Cooper, Sawyer, Brooks McNew, Ryder Hansen, Berklee Hansen and Nori Mae-Ann White.
Along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family will receive friends Wednesday February 4, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 PM with Bro. Donnie Harvey and Pastor Robert Dale Hayes officiating. Graveside services will be Thursday February 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM in Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood.
