Patricia Ann Chambers - Treadwell

Patricia Ann Chambers-Treadwell, 59, passed away surrounded by her loving family December 22, 2025. She was the heart and soul of her family - a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and source of strength to everyone who knew her.
She was born October 28, 1966 at St. Francis hospital and raised in the city of Hartford, where she harnessed the grit that she used to win in life. She attended Weaver High School where she received the education that led to a long and successful career in the healthcare industry. She was an extremely hard worker, a proud homeowner, and a faithful child of God.
She was predeceased by her parents, Thelma Tinsley Chambers and Ervin A. Chambers Sr., and her big brother Ervin Chambers Jr.
Patricia was a loving wife and best friend to her husband, Robert Treadwell, and a fiercely devoted mother to her two children, Rashaun Chambers and Kanesha Mapp who were the pride of her life. In recent years, one of her new greatest joys was spending quality time with her grandson Brave Chambers, or singing his praises to anyone who was close enough to listen. She was G-MA, because she refused to be anybody's grandma or granny! And more than anything, she looked forward to Wednesday and Friday when her and G-PA got to spend time with their little man.
Patricia enjoyed the simple things that brought her happiness - bowling, shopping, watching movies, and cheering on boxing matches. These were moments she cherished, especially when shared with the people she loved. She was a woman of few words, but when she spoke, people listened. Her words carried weight because they were thoughtful, honest, and grounded in love. She was a voice of reason and a source of strength and reassurance for her family. Everyone who leaned on her knew they would find understanding, support, and truth.
Besides her loving husband and devoted children, she is also survived by her five sisters,Valerie (Rupert) Lennon, Sherin Chambers, Denise Chambers, Linda Dally, and Cynthia Chambers, and one brother, Keith Chambers, with whom she shared strong bonds built through their lifelong experiences, history, and unwavering support for one another. Family was everything to her, and she showed that love not through grand gestures, but through her constant presence and dependability.
She will be deeply missed by her husband, children, grandson, siblings, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, in-laws, extended family, and friends, all of whom were shaped by her presence and forever changed by her love..
