DiGIACOMO FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1055 Southampton Road, Philadelphia PA 19116, immediately followed by religious services 11:00AM at the funeral home. Interment Sunset Memorial Park, Feasterville, PA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Patricia's memory can be made to the National Aphasia Association, Inc., 5448 Apex Peakway Drive, Suite 232, Apex, NC 27502 (aphasia.org).
