FOURNIER, Patricia Ann (Mauldin) – of Davison, age 86, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, with her loving family by her side. Cremation has taken place. Patricia was born in Flint, MI on July 28, 1938, daughter of the late Thomas Harold and Edith Gertrude (Merritt) Mauldin. She married Harold Fournier on October 14, 1961 and he preceded her in death on August 21, 2018. Pat graduated from Mt. Morris High School in 1956. She began her career at Buick Motor Division, where she worked for seven years before dedicating her time to raising her family. Once her children were grown, she returned to the workforce and spent 15 years in retail sales at J.C. Penney and The Fair department stores.
Pat was a devoted and loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She cherished time spent with her family and friends, whether at home or enjoying peaceful days at her beloved cabin up north. She had a passion for flower gardening, calligraphy, knitting, and traveling. Pat found joy in the simple pleasures of life-church on Sundays, laughter with loved ones, and the company of anyone lucky enough to be around her.
Her warmth, humor, and generous spirit continued to shine brightly throughout her life. She remained connected with her roots, faithfully attending her annual Mt. Morris High School class reunions and treasuring the friendships formed so many years ago.
Patricia is survived by sons, Michael Fournier and Thomas (Penny) Fournier; daughter, Suzanne (Neil) Maguire; grandchildren, Zachary (Tina), Taylor (Jacob), Erin, Sean and Tate; great-grandson, Jonas; brothers-in-law, Gordon (Ann) and Al (Marilyn); sister-in-law, Jackie Fournier; and many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by sisters, Beverly (Dick), Joyce (Burl), Carol (Jack) and Sandy (Al); sister-in-law, Arlene Trudeau; brothers-in-law, Robert and Gerald Fournier.
