Patricia (Keane) Garchinsky, age 88, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was the devoted wife of the late Charles Garchinsky, the love of her life.

Born and raised in East Boston, Patricia later made her home in Saugus and Wakefield, Massachusetts, and Naples, Florida.

A dedicated Registered Nurse for over 30 years, Patricia was deeply committed to caring for others and was a strong advocate for the people and causes she believed in.

Patricia was the beloved mother of Beth Tichy and her husband Steve, Susan Rando and her husband Phil, and was predeceased by her son, Mark Garchinsky. She was the cherished grandmother of Kristen Lanzilli, Lauren Garchinsky, Matthew Hood and his wife Alejandra, and Olivia Rando. Patricia was also a proud great-grandmother to Francesca Lanzilli, Jude Hood, and Lucia Hood. She is also survived by her brother Bob Keane and his wife Adrienne, and was predeceased by her brother, Ed Keane.
