Ms. Patricia "Pat" Woodruff Pierce Griffin, 92, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Ms. Griffin was born March 20, 1933, to the late Mr. Edward J. Pierce and Emaline Pierce.
Pat was a longstanding and very active member of Highlands United Methodist Church. Ms. Griffin had the "gift of gab", which made her great at her job as a hostess, which she did for many years. Pat also loved arranged flowers and walking downtown Highlands when she had the time.
Ms. Griffin is survived by her daughters, Bartlett Griffin and Elizabeth "Lisa" Elliott; her grandsons, Brad Carpenter and Donnie Elliott; and her granddaughter, Bailey Elliott.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Bryant-Grant Funeral Home to help with expenses 105 W Main St. Franklin, NC 28734.
