Patricia Anne Grue, 78, passed away on September 4, 2025, at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.

Born December 22, 1946, in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Hazel (nee DiPietro) Colantonio.

Pat worked as a hair stylist for over 40 years, 30 years of that was spent working at her sister's salon in Park Heights. While her artistic skills made her a great stylist it was her family that brought her true joy. Spending time with her family was all she needed, and no hobby could compete. Pat was the go-to person for planning family parties and for any recipe help needed. She was the annual Christmas cookie baking event leader and the keeper of the records for number of cookies baked and the names of the lucky recipients. Pat loved music and was a fan of the Beatles, Beach Boys, Jimmy Buffett, and loved the Red Solo Cup song by Toby Keith. Not known as an outdoorsy person Pat did love a good Beach vacation, of course with her family planning meals and playing card games.

She is survived by her daughter Jennifer and her partner Doug, son Nicholas and his husband Jeremy, son Timothy and his wife Jamie, granddaughter Adrianna and grandson Brody. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Dennis who she was married to for over 50 years.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a visitation that will be held Monday, September 22, 2025, at Holy Family Catholic Church, 9531 Liberty Rd, Randallstown, MD, 10-11 AM with a Memorial Mass to follow.

The family requests any donations be made to Holy Family Catholic Church.
