Surviving are her two daughters, Tracy Osborne-Lomax and her husband Sean, and Kyle Urbealis and her husband Richard; grandchildren, Evan (Amanda), Tyler, Derek, Conor, Justin, Julia; great grandson, Evan Patrick.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, John Herr.
Graveside services will be held at Fair View Cemetery on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at 11 am.
Arrangements are under the direction of John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown.

Kyle, so sorry to hear about your mothers passing. Condolences to your family. At times like this it's hard to remember the good times, but I'm sure there are plenty for you to think of in the days ahead.
