She was loved and cared for by her family. She is survived by her daughter Stacie and son-in-law Rick, sisters Louise Burkett and Sandra Rader and husband Ike, nephews and nieces Danny and wife, Sharon Knowles, Donny and wife, Renee Knowles, Dennis and wife, Rhea Knowles, Michael Rader, Elisabeth Willis, and extended family, and many friends.
Pat was born August 16, 1948 in Prescott, Arkansas to Watson and Frances McDade. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Charles (Chuck) Monroe.
