Patricia Ann Moree "Pat", age 73 of Lugoff South Carolina passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at the VA hospital in Columbia South Carolina. Patricia "Pat" was born in Covington Kentucky to Pauline (Shadoan) Moree and Archie Moree on May 5, 1952. She was a graduate of Simon Kenton high school Independence, Kentucky class of 1970.

In 1973, Pat made the decision to serve her country and join the Army. Pat served two tours while on active duty and continued her army career as a cook and later became a Drill Sargent.

Pat later retired from the army in 1994. Pat was a proud veteran who used the skills and knowledge that she obtained in the military to become a gunsmith for several years before making the decision to slow things down and work in the sporting department at Walmart. Pat loved the outdoors specifically fishing and enjoyed, sharing her vast knowledge of the outdoors with others, as well as taking any opportunity she got to fish with family and friends.

Pat is survived by her brother Walter (Janice) Moree of Visalia, Kentucky, nephews Scott (Stacy)Moree of Cold Springs Kentucky, Jason (Brandy) Moree of Visalia, Kentucky niece Kimberly (Dale) Schroeder of Sparta, Indiana,cousin Sherrie (Mark) Shadoan of Ryland Heights as well as a great nephews & nieces, a great great niece and long time beloved friends, Gladys Beckley, "Red" of Lugoff South Carolina and David Soard of Florence Kentucky. She is proceeded in death by her parents, Pauline and Archie Moree , stepfather William Moore , and brother Eugene Moree.

Visitation Will be Friday, August 22, 2025 From 12:00 Pm to 2:00 Pm at Allison & Rose Funeral Home, 5645 Taylor Mill Rd. Taylor Mill, Ky. 41015. Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 Pm. Interment will be in Highland Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, Ky
