Patricia Noren Obituary

Published by Legacy on Oct. 10, 2025.
Patricia Kay Noren entered heaven on October 4, 2025, surrounded by love, prayer, and the legacy of a life fiercely and faithfully lived. Born in Royal Oak, Michigan, and later settling in Bay County, Florida, Patricia lived with unwavering faith that touched everyone she encountered.
As a devoted Christian, Pat met people where they were. Her faith was alive in every conversation, prayer, and act of kindness. Patricia won souls for heaven not through doctrine, but through the gentle power of relationship-advocating a personal walk with Jesus over organized religion. She prayed with those in the church and ministered to those in bondage, selflessly giving her time to those in their darkest hour.
Patricia was employed by the State of Florida in various advocacy roles, serving her clients with compassion and conviction. Her work spanned Haney Vocational Technical Center, Project Independence, the Department of Juvenile Justice, and the Economic Self-Sufficiency program-each role a reflection of her commitment to helping others find stability, dignity, and hope.
Her sense of humor was unforgettable-lightening heavy hearts and leaving a lasting impression of beauty and class wherever she went. Whether offering a word of encouragement or a burst of laughter, Patricia carried herself with elegance and warmth that made everyone feel seen and loved. Patricia had a deep and abiding love for all animals, especially dogs, whose loyalty and spirit mirrored her own.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Kimberly Joyce Millirons; her mother, Doris Retherford; and her father, Walter Dodd.
She is survived by her daughters, Kristina Millirons and DorisAnn Pursell-one born of her body, the other born of her heart; her sister, Brenda Daniel and her husband Darwin; her brother, Dale Dodd and his wife Becky; her grandchildren, Victoria Sharp, Channing Fontenot, Angel Pursell, and Aiden Gift; and her great-grandchildren, Landon Paris, Weston Sachs, and Marlin Fontenot. She also leaves behind numerous relatives and lifelong friends, including Terri Ambrose and Sandra Stoudt, whose bond with Patricia was rooted in love, prayer, and shared strength.
Her story does not end here. It continues in every act of advocacy, every moment of clarity, and every soul she helped set free.
