Patricia Ann O'Neill

Patricia Ann O'Neill, age 69, of Fairless Hills, PA, passed away suddenly at home on Thursday, October 30, 2025.

Born on April 17, 1956, in Philadelphia, PA, Patricia was the beloved daughter of the late Marie (Dionisio) and Arino Stanzel.

Patricia was a dedicated school bus driver, known for her gentle spirit and unwavering care for the children she transported each day.

Patricia was an avid Philadelphia sports fan. She especially loved the Phillies and Eagles. She loved going to Phillies games as much as possible.

Patricia is survived by her cherished children, daughter April Moore (nee Vizy), sons Sean O’Neill and Nicholas O’Neill, and her stepson, Thomas O'Neill Jr, as well as her grandson, Noah Moore. She is also survived by her two sisters, Rosemarie Goodyear and Nancy Reasoner, and her beloved nieces and nephews.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents.

Family and friends are warmly invited to honor Patricia’s memory at her visitation on Monday, November 10, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Celebration of Life will follow at 11:00 AM, both held at Hoffmann Meyers Givnish Funeral Home, 1770 Brown Avenue, Bensalem, PA 19020.
