Patricia “Patti” J. McGrath (née Subers), 68, of West Chester, PA passed away on June 7, 2022.
Born in 1953, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Jean (née Hamilton) Subers.
Patti was the beloved wife for 50 years, of Alfred “Mickey” J. McGrath; loving mother of Danet Gallagher (Dave), Lori Grassano (Bruce) and Shannon Gravuer (Ryan); devoted grandmother of Jules, Lauren, Patrick, Lily, Bella and Livvie; dear sister of Jeannie Van Metre, Debbie Wilson, Joy Subers, Chrissy Stowell and the late Bobbie Partridge. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Patti was a Nurse’s Aide at Camilla Hall. She enjoyed gardening, cross stitch and cooking. She loved going on long car rides with her husband to Lancaster and Ocean City, NJ where she and her husband met. Her favorite thing was being a wife, mother and grandmother and taking care of her family and the home she loved.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing 10:00-11:00 AM Tuesday, June 14, 2022 and to her Funeral Service 11:00 AM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, 610-431-9000. Interment Private.
