Patricia A. Poll

Patricia "Pat" A. Poll, 79 of Bayville, NJ, passed away peacefully on Sunday August 24, 2025.

Born in Newark, NJ on September 9, 1945, Patricia grew up in Old Bridge, NJ before moving to Bayville, NJ in 1972. She was a graduate of St. Mary's High School in Perth Amboy, NJ, Class of 1963. She later attended Middlesex County Vocational and Technical High School in Woodbridge, NJ to pursue a career in cosmetology and was employed as a licensed hairdresser until taking on the role as a dedicated stay-at-home mom. After years being a stay-at-home mom and raising two daughters, she transitioned into a role in retail, but retired in 2005 when she became a grandmother to her first grandchild.

Patricia was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved to cook and bake, especially pies and cookies around the holidays. She loved to spend time with family and friends. She will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and strength. Her greatest joy was her family, and she cherished the time spent with her children and especially her grandchildren.

She is reunited in heaven with her loving husband and only true love Bobby, as well as her parents Frank and Sophie Wallinger.

She is survived by her loving children: Denise Gibson and her partner Michael, Lisa Meyer and her husband Kevin and three grandchildren Brianna, Robert, and Tyler. She is also survived by her sister, Susan Blair and her husband Raymond along with many nieces, nephews and family members.

While funeral services are private, the family deeply appreciates the love and support from friends and loved ones during this difficult time.
