Patricia (Vance) Post, 73, of North East passed away on Sunday December 14, 2025 at St. Vincent Hospital.

She was born on January 23, 1952 to the late Harold Vance and Mabel Hopkins Vance Tustin.

Patricia graduated from Bryant & Stratton College and was employed as a dental assistance for Dr. Neckers for over 20 years in North East.

She was a member of St. Gregory Church where she served as a ministry assistant and often volunteered with the Wonder Workers for funeral dinners and was know for her potato salad. Patricia also was involved with the North East Food Pantry and North East in Bloom.

Patrica loved life and dancing. She was the instructor for the Country Countdown Line Dancing Group for several years. She will be sadly missed by all who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her son, Robyn James Post (August 19, 2025); brothers, Steven Vance and Calvin Vance; step-father, Jim Tustin.

Patrica is survived by her husband, Gary Post; son, Randy L. Post (Carolyn) of North East; sisters, Laurie Chang (Kwang) of Philadelphia and Ann Neary (Mike) of Canada; brothers, Phil Vance of Arizona, Richard Vance of Las Vegas, and Roger Vance (Patty) of Arizona; grandchildren, Samantha, Alex, and Caleb Post; and several nieces and nephews.

Prayer Service will be held at St. Gregory's Church at 10:30 a.m. and Memorial Mass at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2026. Live stream on St. Gregory's. Private interment will be held at St. Gregory's Cemetery at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East.
