Spartanburg, SC – Patricia Joslin Schaide passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Pat was the daughter of the late William and Melvina Joslin.
She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church for over 40 years. While attending, she served in the choir and was a member of the Blanche Greer Women's Circle. She was a crafter and artist who worked in many mediums throughout her life. She loved painting, photography, music, gardening and traveling. Pat also enjoyed dancing and performed with numerous square, line and ballroom dancing clubs.
Patricia is survived by her daughter, Linda Moehlman (Jon); her grandchildren, Robert "Rob" Moehlman and Katherine "Katie" Moehlman; and her great grandchild, Kaliyah "Kali" Reign Burdine.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Michelle "Shelly" Schaide and her beloved dogs, Ming and Oreo.
Following her wishes, Pat's remains will be cremated and laid to rest with Shelly at Knollwood Cemetery in Cleveland, OH. A private Celebration of Life service will be held by family at that time.
Pat's family would like to extend deep gratitude to dear friend Linda Whisnant and to the residents and staff at Ivy Grove Residential Center for their loving care during her final years.
