Patricia A. Schmidt

February 13, 2023, age 82 years. Beloved wife of Glenn L. Schmidt. Loving mother of Brian (Melanie), Douglas and Debra Schmidt. Dear grandmother of Tina (the late Patrick) Jelinski-Dorn, Shannon (Mike) McPherson, Dana (Mitch) Jaeger, Dona Jelinski, Karen, Derek, Mark (Victoria), Ava and Eli Schmidt. Proud great-grandmother of Arabella, Quinten and Logan. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Patricia loved showcasing the things that brought joy into her life. While she enjoyed collecting crystal, travelling and baking, it was her faith and her family which were the most important to her. Her faith brought her both peace and joy and she was a proud member of St. Jacobi Lutheran Church. It was her family who brought her the greatest joy to her life. She was an avid supporter Glenn's accordion playing, so much so that she became a member of the Milwaukee and Green Bay Accordion Club. She relished the time spent with her family – especially that spent with her grandchildren and their fur-babies. No matter what it was, Patricia did it with her own special flair and sense of humor. She may have lived to be 82, but to her family, she will always be "Forever 24."
Patricia's family wishes to express their thanks to the caregivers and staff of Legacy Hospice and Heritage Senior Living of Muskego for the care and comfort they provided not only for Patricia, but for Glenn and the rest of the family.
Visitation Friday, February 17, 2023 at St. Jacobi Lutheran Church, 8605 W. Forest Home Ave. Greenfield, WI 53228 from 10:00 AM until the time of the Funeral Service at 12:00 Noon. Interment, Highland Memorial Park.
If desired, memorials to St. Jacobi Lutheran Church are greatly appreciated in lieu of flowers.
