Patricia Ann Smith Gold

Patricia Ann Smith Gold, 79, passed away November 8, 2025. She was born September 24, 1946 in Cleveland County, NC to the late Yates Smith Jr and Nancy Sellers Smith. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Daniel Gold; grandchild Chandler Daniel Shores. Patricia was a loving wife, mother, nana, sister and friend. She was always smiling and was a very artistic person. She loved her grandchildren, traveling to the beach and the mountains. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
Patricia leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters Kandice Hendricks (Scott), Kimberly Gold Shores; grandchildren Dylan Hendricks (Jessica), Zachary Shores; great grandchild Fallon Hendricks; sister Ree Stempak; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, November 12, 2025at Parkwood Baptist Church. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to UNC Health Hospice 2460 Curtis Ellis Dr Rocky Mount, NC 27804 or to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org.
