Patricia Taylor Touchett

Patricia (Pat) Taylor Touchett passed away in her sleep at the age of 89 on July 23, 2024, at her home. Pat was born in Houston, Texas on September 10, 1934. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Marvin Taylor, and Mabel Dodd nee' Morrison; her sister, Norma Walker; her beloved husband, Nelson Touchett, Jr.; her stepson, Randy Touchett; and her stepdaughter, Terrie Touchett.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Laurie Goldin of Lumberton, Texas; her daughter and son-in-law, Cherl and Wilborn Phillips of Rowlett, Texas; stepdaughter, Jan Bach of Silsbee, Texas; daughter-in-law, Jennifer Touchett; as well as her 12 grandchildren: Aaron Goldin, Meagan Koon, Lauren Sachitano, Nicholas Long, Rachael Hefner, Cindy Fish, Jason Phillips, Theresa Peveto, Gregg Bach, Hilary Touchett, Hayley Wigley, Jacob Touchett; and 23, soon to be 24, great-grandchildren.
Pat loved her life and had a great time after her retirement from Mobil Chemical. She and Nelson traveled, fished, and spent time with their friends. She loved the Lord and her church family.

A gathering of Mrs. Touchett's family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m., with her funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, July 28, 2024, at First Baptist Church, 119 Church Loop, Lumberton. Her interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
