Patricia Frances (Mason) Van Dinter, 85, a longtime resident of Lowell, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Lowell General Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert A. Van Dinter with whom she shared 35 years of marriage.

She was born in Dorchester on March 29, 1938 and was the daughter of the late Hector and Florence (Mason) LeBlanc.

Patricia was a happy homemaker who loved raising her children. She had a happy and joyful soul. She loved to put a smile on every face she ever met. She loved bingo, coloring books, and board games. She never shied away from being the center of attention with silly outfits.

Patricia leaves her five sons, Robert Nagle and his wife Sharon of Pepperell, Robert B. Van Dinter and his life partner Leah Sue Shanley of Lowell, Michael S. Van Dinter of Nashua, NH, Edward E. Van Dinter and his wife Dayjean of Lowell, and Eugene A. Van Dinter and his wife Amber of Stratton, NE; her many beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren; and her brother John LeBlanc and his wife Fran of Nashua, NH.

In addition to her husband, Patricia is sadly predeceased by her daughter Alice P. (Nagle) Corcoran, and her daughter-in-law, Sandra Van Dinter.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, April 10th from 4-8 pm at The Bunting Club, 449 Boylston St., LOWELL.
